The Practice will be closing at 12pm on Wednesday 15th October due to staff training.

If you require support during this time you can call Greenwich Health Out of Hours line on 02033254266 The line will be open from 12:00pm till 6:30pm 

After 6:30pm call 111 or in the case of emergencies please attend A&E.
