You can contact us online during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm) for:

• Non-urgent clinical requests
• Repeat prescription requests and medication queries
• Administrative requests

If you submit a request during core hours, we will respond within the working day.

If you submit a request outside of core hours, we will respond by the end of the next working day.

Please note: A response does not always mean an appointment. We will let you know what happens next — this may include triage, booking an appointment, signposting to another service, or providing advice.
