It is with both great appreciation and a touch of sadness that we let you know Dr Lia Cristofoli will be seeing her final patients, bringing to a close an extraordinary 36 years of dedicated, uninterrupted service at Gallions Reach Health Centre.

Throughout her time here, Dr Cristofoli has shown unwavering commitment, care, and compassion to her patients and the wider practice community in Thamesmead. Many of you will have experienced her kindness, wisdom, and thoughtful approach first-hand.

We are incredibly grateful for all that she has given over the years, and her contribution will leave a lasting legacy within the practice.

We wish Dr Cristofoli a very happy and well-deserved retirement, with our sincere thanks and very best wishes for the future.
