Primary Care Network Enhanced Access Services from 1st October 2022
Access to Primary Care Services outside of traditional GP opening hours is changing.
On the 30th September the GP Extended Access Hubs are closing and as of 1st October 2022, the new Primary Care Network Enhanced Access Service will begin.
This new service will offer telephone and face to face appointments with either a GP or Nurse and these appointments will be booked via your GP Practice and you may be offered an appointment at another practice within our Primary Care Network.
Our Primary Care Network is called Riverview Health PCN and consists of the following practices:
Conway PMS (44 Conway Road, Plumstead, SE18 1AH)
Gallions Reach Health Centre (Thamesmead Medical Associates to Bentham Road, Thamesmead, SE28 8BE)
Royal Arsenal Medical Centre (21 Arsenal Way, Woolwich, SE18 6TE)
St Marks Medical Centre (24 Wrottesley Road, Plumstead, SE18 3EP)
Thamesmead Health Centre (4 – 5 Thames Reach, Thamesmead, SE28 0NY)
